SNAPSHOT ALBUMS
Thank you for taking time to visit our Snapshot Albums. What you will find here is a collection of snapshots taken while working in the field while making some of the fine art photographs featured on this web site. There are also photos of some of the other various photography related projects that have been recorded in snapshot form over the years.
Our travel albums document the time we have spent working with large cameras in the field. We travel mostly in the West and have spent a large portion of our working time photographing in our amazing National Parks; Yosemite, Zion, Arches, Canyonlands and Yellowstone, just to mention a few. We have also spent time photographing in Florida and even in our home state of Texas.
We work solely with view cameras using traditional back & white film in sizes from 4×10 to 11×14 inches. Our finished fine art photographs are hand crafted 100% in the wet darkroom using traditional materials and techniques. We typically travel in the winter months because we love cooler weather and the reduced crowds of winter. We hope you enjoy viewing these visual chronicles of some of our projects and travels.
